1. 

From the Hiring Workbench, search by Requisition ID.

2. 

Place your cursor in the Search Value field.

3. 

Enter the requisition ID in the Search Value field.

4. 

Select the Go button.

 

The Requisition List displays the requisition.

5. 

Select the requisitions Position Title link.

 

The requisition and its applicants display.

6. 

Select the filter link.

 

A filter List appears in a message window.

7. 

You want to filter out applicants that completed the application but did not pass the evaluation (the person may have skipped it).

 

That means you will "De-select" all stages, except Application Complete.

 

Deselect Incomplete Application.

Deselect Pre-Screening Due Diligence.

Deselect Screening.

10. 

Deselect Pre-Interview Due Diligence.

11. 

Deselect Interviewing.

12. 

Deselect Post Interview Due Diligence.

13. 

Deselect Offer.

Deselect Post Offer Due Diligence.

Deselect Hired.

Deselect Ready to Hire.

Deselect the Not Selected option.

Select the filter button.

 

Applications will be reduced to only those in the Application Complete stage (the stage you left checked).

Sort

 

Select the Criteria Match link to sort applications by their assessment scores.

Marking Assessment Failures as Not Selected

 

Identify applicant that did not pass an online on-line assessment.

Select the Add Activity link.

 

The Add Activity window displays.

Select the dropdown arrow for Adding Activity for Applicant (who failed screening).

 

A list of activities displays.

Select the Failed Pre-Screening value.

24. 

Click the Go button.

 

The Disqualify Applicant page displays.

Select the Reason dropdown arrow.

Select Failed Assessment.

Select the Save button.

 

Applicant H is removed from the "Application Complete" list

Mark those "no longer in the running" for the job as "Not Selected " so you can more quickly process applications, and, so applicants can see the "not selected" status through their Job Center Work Bench page. End.
